Kiznaiver is a new show following the story of 8 students chosen to become Kiznaivers. As Kiznaivers they now share the pain each other receives equally between them. Together they are part of an experiment to with an end goal to create world peace.

Kiznaiver is an anime written by Mari Okada and directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi making his debut, after his roles as assistant director on the anime Rage Bahamut and as episode director on Kill la Kill. The animation studio in charge of it's creation is Trigger.

With it's unique style and beautiful animation Kiznaiver captures our interest from the very first episode. The anime stars vibrant characters, with their secrets, fears and passions all trying find they way trough life. The story kicks off by introducing a seemingly emotionless Katsuhira Agata one of the main protagonist. Katsuhira is unable to feel pain and is emotionally detached from everything surrounding him including other people. This uniqueness has caused him to be bulled for years but feeling no pain or emotion, he takes it indifferent. Will he change after being forced into the Kiznaiver program.
